By participating in the LEGO MOC Clock Contest (“Promotion”), you are providing your signature, consent and agreement to receive emails from Santoki, the Sponsor of this Promotion. Entrants may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email. Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
SPONSOR: Santoki, 1100 North Opdyke Road, Ste 200, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (the "Sponsor"), an authorized distributor of LEGO licensed products.

ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Individuals under eighteen (18) years of age may participate as creators only and must have their Entries submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who will be deemed the Entrant for all purposes of the Promotion. Persons who are not legal residents of the United States/District of Columbia should not participate in the Promotion. This Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, all other United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign-based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law.
Employees, officers and directors and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) wherever they may live and others living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors of Santoki (“Sponsor”), Zen Design Group, Bricks and Minifigs, and Santoki advertising, promotion or production agencies are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
ENTRY PERIOD. Promotion begins on May 15, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends July 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. The official clock of the Promotion is Sponsor’s computer.
HOW TO ENTER: Each Entrant must submit a photo of their LEGO MOC Clock creation via Gleam (https://gleam.io/sk1LR/LEGO-moc-clock-contest) during the entry period. Each completed and confirmed entry form will generate one (1) Entry. Entrants may submit multiple Entries, provided each Entry is unique and complies with the Entry Requirements. Duplicate or substantially similar Entries may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to limit excessive or abusive entries. An Entry may be created by an adult or a minor; however, Entries created by minors must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who will be deemed the Entrant and prize recipient for all purposes. A parent or legal guardian may submit Entries on their own behalf and/or on behalf of each child.
Each Entry must comply with the following requirements (“Entry Requirements”):
- All entries must be the work of the entrant or their child. If a parent/legal guardian is entering their child’s work, the adult parent/legal guardian will be deemed the participant and prize winner for all purposes.
- The entry must not include content that is obscene, pornographic, libelous or otherwise objectionable (including, without limitation, profanity, offensive language, nudity and violence). Do NOT include any political or controversial content.
- The Photo cannot reflect negatively on LEGO or Santoki.
- Photoshop, AI or other computer-generated images will not be accepted.
- The Photo must be of the product only and not include a human.
RESTRICTIONS ON PROMOTION PARTICIPATION. Any person who uses any device or artifice to participate will be disqualified. Promotion participation must be affected via manual key-stroking; use of script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means of participation will void attempted entry and result in disqualification. Additionally, any attempt to interfere or tamper with the Sponsor web site or pages on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok will result in disqualification. This includes conduct such as posting comments about Sponsor or the Promotion which are negative, disparaging or otherwise adversely affect the Sponsor’s goodwill (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account associated with the entry used to enter the Promotion. Sponsor shall determine in its sole discretion the identity of such Authorized Account Holder. Excessive, repetitive or automated submissions may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to limit Entries from a single Entrant if deemed abusive.
DETERMINATION OF WINNER.
Up to ten (10) finalists will be determined by a judging panel based on entries from the NATIONAL online call to action. Sponsor will select a panel of qualified judges. Each of the eligible Entries will be assigned a point-value between zero (0) (lowest) and one hundred (100) (highest). Entries may be pre-screened for compliance and quality before judging.
Criteria for judging includes:
- Content: 0 – 40 points: Did the Artwork contain interesting or innovative use of LEGO® bricks while allowing the analog clock hands and index markers to be readable
- Creativity: 0 – 30 points: Was there a wow-factor, or strong theme in the artwork? Is it unique or visually memorable?
- Functional: 0 - 30 points: The clock must have the ability to hang on a wall without any bricks falling off. No glue or adhesives allowed.

If necessary, any tie among eligible Entries will be broken as follows:
Visual Appeal: 0 – 10 points: Did the overall visual appeal have a clean, polished final look?
PUBLIC VOTING.
Up to ten (10) finalist entries will be posted on Santoki’s Instagram, TikTok and Facebook pages for public vote. During the Public Voting Period (August 1 to August 14, 2026), members of the public may vote in the Woobox gallery. Limit one (1) vote per person per email per day. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or disregard any votes that appear to be generated by scripts, bots, voting groups, or other irregular or fraudulent means. In the event of suspected fraud or technical issues, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winner based solely on the judging scores. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number of finalist Entries per Entrant.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner, One (1) 2nd Place Winner, and One (1) Third Place Winner will be determined based on a combined score comprised of 34% Sponsor judging panel scores and 66% public voting results across all platforms. Winners will be determined on or about August 21, 2026, following the conclusion of the Public Voting Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION. The finalists of the Promotion will be notified by August 28, 2026 and will receive instructions regarding verification and delivery of finalist prizes, if applicable. The potential winners of the Promotion will be notified by August 28, 2026. Finalists and potential winner(s) will be notified using the information provided in their entry. IT IS THE POTENTIAL WINNER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THEIR EMAIL FOLLOWING THE END OF THE PROMOTION PERIOD TO FIND OUT IF HE/SHE IS A POTENTIAL WINNER. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in disqualification. If disqualified, an alternate potential winner may be selected based on the next highest combined score and the same requirements will apply to the alternate winner. In addition, winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) within the indicated time as a further condition of prize award. If the potential winners fail to contact the Administrator within 7 days or claim the prize for any reason; fails to sign and return an Affidavit/Release (if applicable) within 7 days; or is determined to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
PRIZE PACKAGE: The Prizes are as follows (altogether collectively, the “Prizes” and each a “Prize”. Prizes will be awarded to eligible finalists and winners, as applicable.
Finalist Prize: Each eligible finalist (up to 7) who is not selected as a Grand Prize, Second Place or Third Place winner will receive one (1) Santoki LEGO Notebook with Gel Pen with an approximate retail value of $33.00
- One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $550 Bricks & Minifigs Gift Card.
- One (1) 2nd Place Winner will receive a $450 Bricks & Minifigs Gift Card.
- One (1) 3rd Place Winner will receive a $350 Bricks & Minifigs Gift Card.
- The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prizes is $1581.00, depending on the number of finalists selected.
Finalists are considered prize recipients for purposes of these Official Rules. Winners are a subset of finalists and will receive additional prizes as described herein.
Winner will not receive royalties or payment for their ideas.
Sponsor shall pay for shipping and handling. All other unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to unavailability of prize for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value. Applicable federal, state and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of prize recipient. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
a. In General. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, incomplete, irregular, damaged, garbled, corrupted, misdirected, illegible, or otherwise unsuccessful attempts to enter the Promotion, all of which are void. Sponsor further assumes no responsibility for (a) any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention; or (b) any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information or materials, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in attempting to enter/entering the Promotion; or (c) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any web site or e-mail address/account. (The preceding includes but is not limited to any filtering by Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.) Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from attempting to enter the Promotion or downloading/uploading materials from/to any website or e-mail address/account.
b. Force Majeure. If, for any reason, the Promotion (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond Sponsor’s control (by way of example only, computer virus, worms, bugs or tampering/unauthorized intervention), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and make the prize(s) available to be awarded from among all eligible entries received for the Promotion prior to and/or after such action, as Sponsor deems fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules.
c. RELEASES. Participant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotion and production agencies and the directors, officers, agents, shareholders, representatives, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above entities, as well as Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook, from any and all liability associated (directly or indirectly, in whole or in part) with his/her participation in the Promotion, his/her participation in any Giveaway-related activity and receipt, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of prize.
By entering the Promotion and/or accepting the prize, where permitted by law, participants and winners grants Sponsor and its designees the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, entry, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or other indicia of persona as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional compensation, and without review, approval or further notice.
In addition, submitting an Entry, Entrant represents and warrants that the Entry is original to Entrant (or Entrant’s child, if applicable), does not infringe any third-party rights, and has not been previously published or submitted in any other promotion. Entrant grants Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (for formatting), publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the Entry, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising, promotional, and other commercial purposes, without additional compensation, permission, or notification, except where prohibited by law.
d. Additional Terms. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. Should a court of competent jurisdiction find any provision of these Official Rules to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such determination will not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the balance of these Official Rules and the invalid/illegal/unenforceable provision will be replaced with a substitute provision that is valid, legal and enforceable and most closely mirrors the original intention of Sponsor.
PRIVACY. Your provision of information in conjunction with participation in the Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at: https://santoki.com/policies/privacy-policy. Only voluntarily provided personal information will be collected by Sponsor. Participation in the Promotion is also subject to one's compliance with all terms/conditions of use of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok including their Terms of Service. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS' REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Entrant, Sponsor, and the Released Parties (each, a "Party" and collectively the "Parties") each agree to fully and finally settle all disputes pertaining to the Promotion, administration of the Promotion, and/or these Official Rules only through binding arbitration (in each case, a "Dispute"); provided, however, (a) Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in or closest to in Michigan and any other court with jurisdiction over the Parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator's decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
The Parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator in an arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online.
The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA, and, where appropriate, the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes ("AAA Consumer Rules"), both of which are available at the AAA website: www.adr.org, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the parties. If an in-person hearing is required, except as otherwise required by applicable AAA rules or applicable law, then it will take place in Michigan or other location determined by the Sponsor. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either Party. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to do so. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn't apply and the Dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator's fees to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of Entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). If for any reason, a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Michigan and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
In no event shall any Dispute brought by either Party related in any way to the Promotion be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
The arbitrator is empowered to resolve the Dispute with the same remedies available in court, however, any relief must be individualized to you and shall not affect any other entrant or claimant. You and each Party also agree that each Party may bring claims against the other in arbitration only in their respective individual capacities and in so doing YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY, to assert or participate in a class action lawsuit or class action arbitration, to assert or participate in a private attorney general lawsuit or private attorney general arbitration, and to assert or participate in any joint or consolidated lawsuit or joint or consolidated arbitration of any kind. If a court decides that applicable law precludes enforcement of any of this paragraph's limitations as to a particular cause of action, then that cause of action (and only that cause of action) must remain in court and be severed from any arbitration.
Reference to third parties in connection with prizes and/or third-party websites or services are for reference and identification purposes only and not intended to suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Sponsor or the Promotion.
