One (1)-Year Limited Warranty

Santoki LLC warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

 

If a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs during the warranty period, including after the retailer's return period has expired, please contact Santoki LLC at customerservice@santoki.com. At its sole discretion, Santoki LLC may provide a replacement item.

 

This limited warranty does not cover:

· Batteries or normal battery depletion

· Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, drops, or impacts

· Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair

· Water exposure, excessive humidity, outdoor use, or exposure to extreme temperatures

· Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear that does not affect functionality

· Damage caused by battery leakage

· Compatibility issues caused by worn, warped, aged, or non-standard bricks or accessories

 

To start a claim, you will be asked to provide:

· Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer

· A description of the issue

· A photo or short video showing the issue

 

If Santoki LLC determines that return of the product is required, a $14.99 shipping and handling fee will apply. Return instructions and a secure payment method will be provided.

 

All returns must include:

· Physical product

· Valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer

· Return address

· RMA # provided by Santoki customer service
